Recalibrate, Restore and Reconnect with an evening class of Mindfulness Meditation in The Gathering Space, Griffin Estate…
Mindfulness meditation is an invitation to slow down, to pause, to rest and sense into the life that’s here. It is a mental training bringing attention back into the present moment kindly, without judgement, criticism. This part of you feels - Deeper. Truer. More You.
I’m creating a space for you in which you'll EXPERIENCE just that.
This 3-hour journey is an invitation to reconnect with the FIRE within you that:
- makes you feel ALIVE
- fills you with ENERGY
